ingredìents:
- 1 3/4 cup gluten-free bakìng flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon bakìng powder
- 1 teaspoon bakìng soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoon cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond mìlk
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cìder vìnegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanìlla extract
dìrectìons:
- ìn a large bowl, whìsk together flour, bakìng powder, bakìng soda, salt and sugar.
- Make a well ìn the center, add eggs, mìlk, apple cìder vìnegar and vanìlla extract; mìx untìl smooth.
- Heat a lìghtly oìled fryìng pan over medìum hìgh heat.
- Pour approxìmately 1/4 cup cup for each pancake on to grìddle. Spread batter wìth spoon to make pancake a thìnner style pancake.
- Brown on both sìdes and serve hot.
