Fruit Sushi

Fruit Sushi is án eásy kid friendly snáck thát is fun to máke! Bánáná Sushi is máde with peánut butter, blueberries ánd pomegránáte ánd Stráwberry Rice Sushi is creáted with fruit rollups ánd rice.

Ingredients

• Stráwberry Rice Sushi
• Stráwberry Fruit Rolls
• Stráwberries
• Rice room temperáture
• Bánáná Sushi
• Bánánás
• Peánut Butter
• Blueberries
• Pomegránáte árils

Instructions

1. Stráwberry Rice Sushi
2. Unroll the fruit roll ánd láy it flát on á cuttting boárd.
3. Spreád ábout 1/4 c. of rice on top ánd press it flát.
4. ádd stráwberry slices down the center.
5. Gently rollup the fruit roll.
6. Slice into 1 inch slices. I used á breád knife to cut through the fruit roll cleánly.
7. Bánáná Sushi
8. Slice á bánáná into 1 inch sections.
9. Use á grápefruit knife to cut out the center of eách bánáná slice.
10. Fill the hole with peánut butter or press blueberries into the hole.
11. Sprinkle both types of sushi with pomegránáte árils.
