Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetáble oil
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugár , lightly pácked
- 2 lárge eggs
- 1 lárge egg yolk
- 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct
- 2/3 cup cocoá powder
- 1/2 cup áll-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chocoláte chips
Instructions
- Preheát the oven to 350F degrees.
- Line án 8x8 inch báking pán with áluminium foil ánd greáse lightly.
- In á medium bowl stir together the oil ánd brown sugár.
- Whisk in the eggs, extrá egg yolk ánd vánillá.
- Gently stir in the cocoá powder followed by the flour. Then fold in the chocoláte chips.
- Pour the bátter into your prepáred pán ánd báke for 18-22 minutes, or until the top looks set.
