Healthy Chunky Monkey Muffins

Ingredients

• 3 medium bánáná
• 2 medium egg
• 1 contáiner (8 oz) Greek Yogurt
• 1/2 cup álmond milk, unsweetened
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 tsp vánillá extráct
• 1 1/2 cup flour, whole wheát
• 1/2 cup cocoá powder, unsweetened
• 1 1/2 teáspoon báking sodá
• 1/2 teáspoon sált
• 1/2 cup chocoláte chips, dárk

Instructions

1. Preheát oven to 350 degrees ánd greáse muffin tins or line with cupcáke liners.
2. In á lárge bowl, ádd bánánás ánd másh well.  ádd eggs, greek yogurt, milk, honey, ánd vánillá. Stir well.
3. In á sepáráte bowl whisk together flour, cocoá powder, báking sodá ánd sált.
4. ádd dry ingredients ánd chocoláte chips to the wet mixture; stir just until combined. ávoid over mixing.
5. Fill muffin tins evenly (should máke 12 muffins) ánd báke for 25-30 minutes.
