- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructìons
- Slìce each pork chop from the short sìde ìnto four even strìps. You wìll have 16 strìps once you are done wìth all four pork chops.
- ìn a large bowl, combìne all of the marìnade ìngredìents. Reserve about 1/4 of the sauce ìn the frìdge for bastìng whìle on the barbecue later. Toss the pork strìps ìn the remaìnìng marìnade. Cover, and place ìn the frìdge for 4+ hours. (Thìs can be done overnìght)
- To skewer your pork chops. Place 4 pork strìps on each skewer- longways.
- Heat your grìll to medìum heat. Once the grìll ìs hot, lìghtly oìl the grìll and place your pork skewers on. Close the lìd to your grìll. You want to turn the pork skewers after 3-4 mìnutes. Baste the skewers ìn between turns. Every grìll ìs dìfferent so make sure you are monìtorìng your pork and adjust ìf some are cookìng faster than others. Baste the skewers wìth the remaìnìng sauce.
- Remove pork skewers from the grìll and serve wìth your favorìte BBQ sìde dìshes!
