Mexican Chocolate Cake

Mexican chocolate cake. I used a basic vegan cake recipe, substituted Modelo beer and instant expresso for the water then spiced up with cinnamon and a little bit of chili powder. The frosting however is not vegan friendly😜 but a simple mixture of one can sweetened condensed milk and semi sweet chocolate chips melted in the microwave. With more chocolate sprinkled on top.
